Meet the Team Behind Ascend Global Services 

To be properly introduced to Ascend Global Services is to learn about the individual(s) who had the unique vision to start it in the first place. Industry experience, business acumen and relentless drive led Kevin Gantos to create Ascend Global Services.

Ascend Global Services includes an innovative, dynamic, and experienced team dedicated to changing lives around the world through the introduction of unique, leading-edge products and services and a rewarding independent business opportunity.

Under their direction, Ascend Global Services innovates consumer driven products and services that will ensure long-term success and financial stability.


MEET THE TEAM



JOHN MARQUES
Chief Executive Officer

John Marques is a self made entrepreneur who immigrated to the United States in 1973 from north Portugal to build a better life. He started in the transportation business in 1978 and has since then expanded his holdings into many areas. Mr. Marques' interest in helping others grow their own business started in 1992. He has always tried to instill business independence in everyone that he meets. He has instilled this in his sons as his two oldest have been business owners since the age of 17. John will continue to live with his number one philosophy, "When you help enough people grow their dreams and get what they want, your own personal worth will grow as well."



KEVIN GANTOS
President\COO

Kevin is a businessman that has been sought after by countless business owners in every industry and of all sizes seeking his insights on, "How can we take our company to the next level?" Despite his success, Kevin remains very down-to-earth and approachable. His true passion in life is to help people from all walks of life. Whole-heartedly saying, "Why else are we here?" His priorities are spirituality, family, health, and finance; and as he always says, "in that order".

ROSCOE THOMPSON III
Director of Training

Roscoe has been a serial entrepreneur for nearly 30 years. He specialized in the antique/classic automotive industry and then discovered the network marketing industry in 1995. Since then he’s been promoted to the top positions in several Inc 500, Inc 5,000 companies and realized one of his true passions was to help others understand on how to truly have success in the network marketing industry. One of his favorite quotes he lives by comes from Zig Ziglar: "You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help other people get what they want." He and his wife Nancy have seven beautiful children and reside in a Historic Route 66 town in Southern California. His passion for the family, Americana, antique and classic cars, travel, and Route 66 is evident in everything he does. His goal is to help the AGS family get to the Next Level while keeping some level of balance.


CONNIE REEVES
Director of Ascend Soar

AGS First Lady Connie Reeves, as she is affectionately called, comes to us from a corporate media background of 30+ years. She has worked at numerous radio and television stations in News in 4 markets including a management position at CNN Headline News Radio station in Dallas. She has a BA in Cinema Production and attended graduate school for her MBA. Connie’s passion for the church community as well as all nonprofits is her driving force in facilitating the success of the AGS Ascend Soar program.


MAUI MENDOZA III
Director of Asian Development

Maui’s been a financial professional for over 20 years internationally and domestically in the areas of accounting, internal controls, and financial reporting. He holds two master degrees in business administration and accounting. He was introduced to the network marketing industry over 8 years ago through a friend. He truly embraced it breaking one record after another, achieving the top pin levels in multiple INC 500 company’s. His passion is to serve his family, team, company and countries both in the USA and the Philippines.


NATALIE HALL
Director of Customer Service

Natalie started in the Direct Sales industry over 11 years ago working with an Inc. 500, Inc. 5000 Company based out of Rochester, NY. Natalie managed their training and quality assurance department along with supervising customer experience agents in the call center. Natalie has an extensive background working directly with our Representatives, our systems and is the main point of contact for our team.


SABRINA ALT
Director of TruHemp

Sabrina has been a serial entrepreneur and expert in producing immediate results. She has been featured in the OC Metro’s CEO Centerfold series and other media. Sabrina has owned and operated a helicopter transportation system and a full service real estate and mortgage office. Her other brick and mortar companies include The OC Cruiser (a bus transportation company) and a waterfront Martini Lounge in Newport Beach, CA.
Sabrina holds an Engineering degree, a Law Degree and a Real Estate Broker’s License. Sabrina is also the founder of Wealth through P.R.I.D.E., an organization designed to inspire people to discover and achieve their true potential through the virtues of life.
Sabrina is also the published author of Living Life Residually: The Secrets to Making a Great Living & Living a Great Life, and she hopes it will inspire and help others learn how to make money thru networking marketing.


KEVIN FITZGERALD
Director of Travel


Kevin started his travel career directly out of college being hired by Collette Vacations. After developing his territory to over 4 million in sales, Kevin decided it was time to open his own travel business. At the ripe old age of 28 Kevin "hung his own shingle" and grew the company to over 8 million per year in sales over an 8 year period. After selling the business Kevin was recruited into the MLM Direct Sales model working with a major MLM travel company. Over a 4 year period Kevin built his team to over 8 thousand people and was the company's primary sales trainer and reached the level of Director. Travel is Kevin's passion and expertise and he is excited to bring that experience and enthusiasm to AGS.



MARILYN MENDIORO
Director of the Philippines

Marilyn started her professional career in Northern California’s Silicon Valley as a Purchasing Manager of a well known Fortune 50 Company for over 18 years with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Computer Science. She was introduced to network marketing through a friend and with her incredible work ethic developed an organization of more than 10 thousand people achieving the top pin levels as well with an Inc 500, Inc 5000 Company. She also assisted in the International expansion of Asia and the Philippines. Her passion is to help others to become healthy and make money through the incredible suite of AGS products and compensation plan.

 

 



EARL MILLER
Director of the Bahamas


Earl Miller is currently a successful entrepreneur residing in South Florida.

Prior to his current status Earl Miller was Director of Maritime Tourism for the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism. He has had a long career specializing in Marine Tourism for more than 20 years. Mr. Miller began his career in 1978  for the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism and was appointed to the position of District Manager, Bahamas Tourism Center, Miami in early 1994.

He was responsible for coordinating sales and marketing for marine tourism and other sporting groups nationally. In early 2000, he was appointed Sales Manager of the Bahama Out Islands Promotion Board.  Mr. Miller was then working on partnerships and marketing initiatives with Super and Mega Yacht brands.

Born in Andros, Bahamas, Mr. Miller graduated from Savannah State University in 1997 with a degree in business.

 Mr. Miller also served as Founder and Executive Director of the National Association of The Bahamas and a member of the Marine Industry Association of South Florida.
